A stay at Lake View's Armstrong House will provide you with a time of relaxation and good memories to take with you. Move through the porch into a welcoming guest living room where guests can relax and maybe enjoy a cup of tea.
Decor in this guest bedroom reflects the rural atmosphere of the owner's childhood farm home and German heritage. Colors in this room are soft terra cotta and white. A family heirloom quilt is on display. The room has twin beds with a private bath (shower), ceiling fan, and cable TV.
Named after Lillian Armstrong, this large green-toned bedroom with white accents offers a semi-canopied antique walnut queen bed and a seating area that includes an antique loveseat and an additional chair. This room has a private bath with shower as well as a ceiling fan and cable TV.
At the east porch entrance to the inn, guests will find colorful flower displays and retro lawn chairs for relaxing among the tall pines and shade trees that cover the spacious corner lot.
A deluxe continental breakfast is included with each night's stay. Guests can choose to eat on the informal porch or at a great grandparent's oak claw-foot table in the more formal dining room. Guests are also welcome to join their hostess for a cup of gourmet coffee in her modern and spacious kitchen.
