Come visit relaxation at its best. Our rooms are so cozy that you will want to stay an extra day. Beautiful decks and patios to enjoy with country scenery on two sides and beautiful Holiday Lake on the other. Every season is spectacular with gorgeous flower gardens and scenery.
We have 4 bedrooms that are all themed. Western, Americana, Lakeside, and Log Cabin. They range in price from $69 to $89. Rooms are air conditioned and have cable TV.
We have been specializing in ladies' groups for lunch and class reunions and get-togethers for dinner. Have a great meal and then relax by the campfire with a bottle of wine from our Iowa wine selection.
We also have a gift shop that is full of antiques, candles, clocks, furniture and much more. We have lots of indoor and outdoor games to play or just relax and watch TV or movies in your comfy room. Your stay will include a delicious full homemade breakfast or, on Sunday, enjoy our delicious brunch.
The tea room is open for breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Reservations are appreciated. We can seat 26-30 inside at a time. Or enjoy a meal on the deck. Dinners are by reservation only.
Lakeview Inn B&B is located just 20 minutes from Grinnell and 30 minutes from Amana. We are 8 miles North of I-80 at the Brooklyn exit. Brooklyn has many things to offer, including the Brooklyn Race Track, Flag Store, and Flag display, a unique gift and decorating store called Witte's Home Decorating and Treasures Beneath, a museum, library, and much more. Come visit us and enjoy your stay.
